…and the beef continues!  Tyga in a recent interview made it clear that he is not cool with members of YMCMB (specifically Nicki Minaj and Drake). Then Drake fired back in a subtle way by calling him out in the track “6 God”, and he went as far as liking all of Blac Chyna’s (Tyga’s baby momma) photos on Instagram. Now, Tyga is back with a song of his own entitled “Make It Work”! Its way less subtle than Drake’s “6 God”, as Tyga says:

“ni**a never was my homie, all these b***hes know you’re corny.”

Now as for the overall song, it’s all right. The song is well produced and still features some of that west coast swag that Tyga is known for. I’ve, never been sold on Tygas rapping, but he had a few noteworthy bars in this track. In regards to the beef between Drake and Tyga. Drake’s song was better, but Tygas was more direct; so I have to give the point to Tyga. Now, Drake definitely killed the game by getting Tyga’s baby momma involved, so point Drake. At the end of the day this beef is fueling new music from both parties, so we here at HeightsandLights are cheering for the music!
